Teaching Assistant & Content Developer; Art Prof is a free, online educational platform for visual arts created by Adjunct Professor Clara Lieu from the Rhode Island School of Design, and Thomas Lerra from WGBH, the Public Broadcasting Station in Boston, Massachusetts. Occupied a critical role in the initial conception, creation, development, and execution of Art Prof. Collaborated on the creation of a site prototype, and provided significant feedback on all aspects of the site, including: structural format of the site, organization of site pages, graphic design elements, video, audio and text content, artwork selections, and more. Reviewed submissions of user artwork, and created audio critiques which provided constructive criticism of the artwork through commentary which addressed technique, art materials, subject matter, artistic intent, and references to contemporary art and art history. Generated original video content for both educational and promotional purposes. Participated heavily in all aspects of running a Kickstarter campaign, which successfully raised $30k in July 2016. Responsibilities in the Kickstarter campaign included creating all campaign content, developing diverse community outreach strategies, and communication and marketing through several social media platforms.
Specifically planned and taught Inkwash Tutorial, Historical Illustration, Acrylic tutorial provided by Fredrix's and Windsor & Newton, and a Gouache tutorial provided by Windsor & Newton.
